Investing in an uncertain world – Class Actions

On the 11th March 2026, IP’s Caroline Goodman will be joining the Investing in an uncertain world – Class Actions breakfast roundtable, hosted by Pinsent Masons in Edinburgh. This investment-focused round table will explore how pension funds and institutional investors can navigate legal risks in an uncertain world.

Aiming to tackle the often misunderstood area of class actions, the roundtable will outline their increasing prominence with discussion on the ways in which investors should assess the merits and risks of participation, and how approaches differ between US and global actions.

The roundtable will be held under the Chatham House Rule, with an opportunity for participants to share insights into their own class action participation.
